Review: they installed granite countertop in my basement the countertop is defective the granite has holes in it I contacted them for over a year and got nothing but the run around from both the [redacted] mat and the [redacted]

week after week I try to get them to come by and look at it and they either ignore me or just don't respond back not nice very bad customer service

this is not how you deal with people

I been very polite till not now I want something doneDesired Settlement: at least they can come by to look so they understand what im talking about

I don't think they care to be honest

its a no brainer there was a problem with the granite

I went to go see the problem with the job and it was with the material that the customer selected I offered to have the stone filled in but he refused. He wants a new stone and that's not gonna happen

Stone impressions led by the [redacted] were the most professional contractor that my wife and I have had in our home when we remodeled. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. [redacted] came to our house several times to measure and even came back when we changed the layout so he could change the template that he had to make..They left the house clean and the counter tops were installed perfectly.

We would highly recommend this company.
