Customer contracted Company to install granite counter tops on June, 2nd in customer's residential home
Attached: Signed contract dated 6/2/and a Signed Invoice #XXXXX in the amount of $2,
This agreement was a between the
customer and company, and a deposit in the amount of $1,was made
Contract was for four (4) customized granite tops plus a shower bench to be template and fabricated for installation
Template was completed on June 5thCounter tops were fabricated and installed on June 12th,
Customer contacted the office after inspection of final product to discuss a concern that the master bath counter tops needed to be adjusted approximately 1/4" of an inch and stated they were crooked
Company returned on June 19th to adjust in hopes to satisfy the concernThe Manager met with the couple at the home to make sure everything went wellThe Couple stated "they could live with the tops" after the adjustments were madeBut the Customer asked that we discount the job also another $and he will keep the counters
There was nothing wrong with the sinks after completion and to ask for a discount on top was unreasonable
A counter offer was given in the amount of a discount of $dollars and that the customer could keep the vanitiesThe Customer refused and wanted money back from the deposit he madeThe offer to the Customer was declined and the customer had the Company uninstall and take back the Two (2) Counter tops
On June 20th, after looking over the documents an Email was sent to Customer stating "a refund will be made in the amount of $604.02"
On June 24th, the customer refused this amount as well in the Email and stated they wanted the entire amount
To try and mediate the situation, an Invoice #XXXXX was generated as an "Example" for the Customer the cost for what they have currently installed in their home now, is a fair priceAlso, to provide the customer with more proof that this was a fair priceTwo other companies provided an estimate for the same product installed(See attachments)
To address the accusation by the customer "fake invoice" dated June 1,
