Fraud
Got a call from an attorney today. These people say I took out a loan with them a cash advance or whatever for the time. They’re stating I was actually deployed. I’ve never heard of this company and they’re stating that they deposited funds in one bank which I don’t have that bank and I don’t write checks so I guess we’ll go to court and I’ll show my deployment papers and show that somebody obviously used my ID and I guess I’ll get an attorney because I’m not paying some thing I had no clue of I didn’t use these people. I’ve never heard of them and I’m certainly not going to pay them.

Frances my husband received a call today about the same thing! Says it’s from April 2016 and the lawyer doesn’t even exist. However k called the company and they showed record of him having an account. So I’m quite confused at this point. He doesn’t recall doing this

On 10/23/2019 I received a call from *** at 10:29 am. The company asked for ***. I explained that they have the wrong phone number and to not call back. They called 6 more times between 10:29 and 1:12 on the same day. I requested that they place this number on their Do Not Call list (I'm on the National Do Not call registry). After call number 6 I explained that they need to stop calling my phone. The lady said that they didn't show a record of calling me and that there was no record that they had ever called.

Revdex.com Complaint TeamRevdex.com of Wisconsin10019 W. Greenfield AvenueMilwaukee, WI 53214414-847-6000I can certainly provide an incoming phone log

Nov 2017, due to several instances of identity theft I was forced to take out a high interest loan to pay my rent. The rates that this company charges to veterans and the general public should be illegal in the U.S and all it's territories. The terms off the loan were $350 for 9 months for a $575 loan. I had the option of taking it and paying my rent or living in the streets with my wife on dialysis. From Dec 2017 to May 2018, I made six one-time payments. On June 01, 2018, I sent in an Amscot money order for the amount of $600 to pay off the the loan. Stone Lake Lending processed additional payments on June 01, June 28 and Aug 01 2018, on a bank account that I no longer maintain causing this account to go into a negative balance of $-787 (NFS fees plus interest). I REFUSE TO MAKE ANY MORE PAYMENTS, UNTIL THIS $600 IS CREDITED INTO MY ACCOUNT AND ALL OVERDRAFT CHARGES (INCLUDING APPLICABLE FEES) ARE COVERED BY STONE LAKE LENDING SINCE THEY ARE ONE THE CAUSE THE OVERDRAFTS.

I am now being harassed by Stone Lake Lending for additional payments after I had already sent in the $600 and also after they had caused a closed account to go negative $-787. First I get ripped off by identity thieves for over $3Gs (yes, I know it has nothing to do with Stone Lake. I am just making a point.) Now, I feel that I am being victimized once again again. Not only did I get ripped off by taking that loan, now I am being harassed for more money after they've already gotten over $2900 for a $575 loan, (I also want Stone Lake Lending to cover the overdraft and any additional charges that they caused to my former bank ***. They have all the info).

In regards to this case and the denial (including the two files that I attached) response that I sent in the beginning of this month. I have not received any AMOUNT of refunds from Stonelake Lending. It has been over two weeks since I sent in the denial. All I am requesting is a refund from the amount that I had already paid in, plus the $600.00 money order I mailed in on June 05, 2018. I also am asking reimbursement of the $803.06 overdraft that Stonelake Lending caused on my bank account. I was forced to pay $100 in June 18 and $574.06 on Aug 15th. There is still a balance of $129.00 the Sent over to collection and into my credit report.

BEWARE, you're better off going to your local cash advance place.... These people charge $110.50 interest for a $200 advance of you pay it in full... Of you do their 9 payment plan it ends up coming out to over $1000 for a $200 advance... Your local place is way cheaper and not scamming you nor asking for your banking passwrd & id etc.
