I am rejecting this response because:The new owner when buying a business takes on all liabilities that go with the purchase of that businessShe should have a record of the sale, I have mine. I called *** three months after the purchase and it wasn't because I didn't want the item it was because she told me it was made in ItalyItems made in Italy are more revered that items made in MexicoAnd the price is higher for items made in Italy that the same item made in MexicoDuring that phone call months after the purchase I asked her for a refund and she said noI asked her if I could have the item sold in her shop on consignment she said no She suggested I take pictures of the sink and put it on E-BayI would take a loss on this item as now that it was stamped made in Mexico as opposed if it were made in Italy so I said no*** told me in the time I talked with her today that she didn't know it was made in MexicoThat it was too heavy to turn over to see the stamp on the bottomSo this tells me she doesn't even know her merchandiseAs far as the time going buy I don't think there's a time limit on fraud. Since I contacted her within three months after buying the sink I consider this an on going situation to securing a refundI had a friend *** *** with me at the time of purchase who will attest to it being sold as an item made in Italy. she said she would be happy to supply her understanding of the purchase being from ItalyI didn't know if the Revdex.com would represent me in the town of AugustaI gave it a shotI did tell here I would sue her and the antique store And with that there will be court cost in addition to the refundI couldn't talk to her any more as she hung up on me but she failed to give you that information.*** ***

I took over ownership On 12/22/2016, and according to the consumer's complaint this was prior to my ownership.  He won't send me the receipt. When he called he did not say it was about it not being made in Italy. He said he could not use it anymore and wanted to return it and I explained I...

could not take it back. I called him and left a message and then I talked to him and he stated he was going to sue me. I don't understand why he is so irate? It will be two years in November since he purchased it. The item was not misrepresented to him at all.
