Stone Manor at Sonterra [redacted] San Antonio, TX [redacted] (210) [redacted] @anterra.com March 31, Re: Complaint ID [redacted] - [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, I am in receipt of the complaint issued by Ms [redacted] regarding her being sent to collections by our apartment communityUpon reviewing her file, this is what I found: March 14, - Ms [redacted] entered into contract with Stone Manor at Sonterra to lease from April 1, through October 31,August 14, - Ms [redacted] was invited to renew her lease contractA letter was sent to her door listing the different optionsA reminder was included that a 60-day "notice to vacate" would be required if she decided to move out of her apartmentOctober 24, - A reminder letter was sent to Ms [redacted] 's apartment because she had not renewed nor given notice on her apartmentOctober 31, - Contact was finally made with Ms [redacted] via emailMs [redacted] elected to not renew her leaseShe was informed of the new rate, effective November 1, November 1, - Ms [redacted] did not pay the new rental rate, and was $shortShe was assessed late fees as outlined In her lease contractDecember 1, - Ms [redacted] did not pay anything towards December rentDecember 15, - Stone Manor at Sonterra management found the apartment to be vacant, with keys left on the counterDecember 19,- Ms [redacted] was mailed a final statement, and sent to collectionsAlthough Stone Manor at Sonterra reserved the right to charge for both November and December late fees, Ms [redacted] was only charged for one of the monthsStone Manor reserved the right to charge through a full 60-day notice through December 31, 2014, and only charged her through the 15th of DecemberFinally, Stone Manor also elected to not charge Ms [redacted] for reletting fees, nor were any damage charges assessed to her account.After Ms [redacted] 's security deposits were applied to unpaid rent balances, Ms [redacted] was charged as follows: Utility Reimbursement $Month to Month Premiums $Late fees $Trash service reimbursement $ December Rent $ Please let me know If the Revdex.com needs to review any of her contracts or correspondence regarding this matterSincerely, [redacted] , CAM Property Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:March 31, Re: Complaint ID - [redacted] Dear Revdex.com and Stone Manor: October 31st: informed by [redacted] I could stay and my rent would remain the same after I already had rented another apartment Furthermore, was told by [redacted] that in order to do this I had to be at the office by 5PM The call was at 3:PM October 24, - A reminder letter was sent to Ms [redacted] 's apartment because she had not renewed nor given notice on her apartment.- I received no letter After I moved I received information the letters were addressed to Robert Neal, after the fact, and he was no longer on the lease I have no intention out of being extorted for $monies particular when I was forced to find an affordable apartment within a day December 1, - Ms [redacted] did not pay anything towards December rent.- I did not live here in addition to the wall soaked with urine with no intention of repairing December 15, - Stone Manor at Sonterra m***gement found the apartment to be vacant, with keys left on the counter??? I have receipt of keys from Stone Manor along with the intention of renting a clean apartment (much cleaner than when I rented it) Please review mo sheet I will not be paying the illegal charges 27-Oct Paid full rent for November after notifying that I would be moving in November due to rent increases in year - paid $ 31-Oct Informed Stone Manor I was moving and vacating the apartment due to second increase in rent 31-Oct Was informed via email I could stay for $at 3:PM, but was told I had to do it before 5PM after I had rented another apartment Received email at 3:as well as voice mail asking me to be in the office by 5:PM to keep existing charges, but already had rented another apartment due to the increases 5-Dec [redacted] left voice mail my apartment is ready and showing and they have not been able to lease it If I don't pay December rent Stone Manor will file eviction notices against me in spite of me moving already to another location 5-Nov [redacted] left voice mail that I can pay if I go to the office at PM and update lease (after I already rented another apartment) 6-Nov Added $charges to my rent due to me moving and then added late fees to this after I had already vacated and turned keys into the apartment 7-Nov Bullied about parking spot that I have used for over year that was approved by Samantha due to retainer wall causing over 5000$ worth of damage to my vehicle 17-Nov Maintenance men told me water that saturated my wall was from upstairs bathroom and they will not repair since I'm moving Hence, they will paint when I move 17-Nov Drain flies for entire length of time I lived there not exterminated in master bath - they hatched week to week was told to just call for pest control, when flies would reappar and not destroyed by pest control 17-Nov Turned in keys and requested water to stop for apartment 17-Nov Requested Statement of Account from Stone Manor, which I did not receive 5-Dec Received voice mail that Stone Manor will file eviction charges against me, in spite of them already showing the apartment and me living in another apartment, via voice mail (***) if I did not pay the varying and increasing amount of monies Stone Manor added to my November rent 5-Dec Received voice mail that Stone Manor will now turn me into collections for November and December rent 15-Nov Moved into Sonterra Blue 15-Nov Ignored my written request for statement of account 8-Dec Received email with statement of account, finally, however charged me November trash and water when I was not in the apartment 8-Dec Was informed via email that I owe trash and water for full months of November and December in spite that I vacated the apartment on 11/ 8-Dec Stone Manor informed me they sent me a renewal letter on 08/advising me of the rent increase, which they did not give me - this email is the first I've heard of re: this letter 12-Dec Filed report with Attorney General and emailed back not to gauge me for more $$$ for fictitious inflated prices to [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

December 19,2014 - Ms. [redacted] was mailed a final statement, and sent to collections. Although Stone Manor at Sonterra reserved the right to charge for both November and December late fees, Ms. [redacted] was only charged for one of the months.
