Stone Master and Tile Care

Stone Master and Tile Care was scheduled to remove scratches from my Saltillo tile; however, the tile was sanded down so greatly that the color was removed and the tile was left with a muddy color, The floor was given a shiny wax treatment; thus I was told not to walk on it till it dried; thus, I was not able to examine the work until Israel left When I called him about it the next day, he made an appointment to come examine it but never showed up, saying he was working in Tucson and did not have access to my number; thus, another appointment was made and, again, he did not show I made numerous calls to his number but no answer and no call back when a message was made

Stone Master came in and stripped our flagstone and re waxedIn the years of living with my flagstone, it has never looked as good as it does nowI recently had a builder from France come through the house and he commented: "Now this is what flagstone should look likeI would recommend Stone Master and Tile care to everyoneGreat job Israel
