Review: This merchant is a public danger and should not be allowed to continue doing business. In my case, I contacted merchant to perform some home renovations in my kitchen (change of kitchen countertop (marble)/installation of new applicance and other). A person from the company came twice to measure and the company was always very responsive in those first exchanges which lasted a couple of months -My communications were almost exclusively done with [redacted] (except the measurements that someone else did). Once we agreed on a price, I made payment for half of the total price for the service to be provided.

Shortly after I made the payment, merchant stopped responding to most phone calls, and only very randomly to

emails. When requested for a signed contract (which I sent her signed by me) and confirmation of receipt of first payment, merchant lied and said she had sent the contract by mail, and could not do it by email. After confronted with the fact that I had not received the mail copy, she never sent an electronic copy and stopped responding.

After several attempts (by both email and unanswered phone calls) to get a signed contract from the

merchant specifying the starting and finishing date of the works, I requested a cancellation of the

service, first on 10/11/2013 and subsequently on 10/26/2013. She eventually answered the phone and confirmed that the company could not complete the work and then [redacted], the merchant, promised to reimburse the money (I can send an email dated 10/28/2013 as proof). No work was ever performed in my house. I currently cannot get confirmation as to whether the merchant is still open or not.

Since I paid with the credit card, my bank's billing disputes department is helping me dispute the charge, but Merchant continues to lie and is now claiming that the work was performed. THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING IN MY KITCHEN.

PLEASE TAKE THIS MERCHANT OUT OF BUSINESS, THEY ARE A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC.

This is not the first time this merchant has these types of problems. There are two other complains filed against this company before the Revdex.com and also additional information on similar problems with other customers. ([redacted]).Desired Settlement: Merchant should refund me the full amount paid of (2765.00 USD). In addition, Licence should be removed from this company to prevent other customers having this sorts of problems and company dissolved. This company cannot continue operating and stealing from customers. If it is not closed, please make sure it closes.
