I have requested a FULL REFUND of our family mountain memberships for over 2 months now and I am being ignored by human resources.
We purchased family mountain memberships and want FULL REFUNDS due to the closing of the park and attractions due to COVID and the horrible customer service we have received. I have called and emailed to park every week for over 2 months and NO ONE has responded to me. We purchased memberships to use THIS summer with our family and we cannot use the memberships for the purpose in which they were sold to us. In Addition, Stone Mountain has done a horrible job even communicating to their members. Throughout this entire COVID mess the park has sent ONE email to their members, that's it. They obviously care very little about us and do not deserve our hard earned money. We will never ever again purchase memberships and possibly never even visit this park again. I specifically budgeted the cost of those memberships and now I am at a loss financially, having purchased something I cannot use, and the memberships now DO NOT include any of the PERKS we originally purchased them for. I want my refund. Apparently DEE is the person who is supposed to be calling me and DEE has not done so.

Desired Outcome

I want all my money back.

Guest mentioned that no resolution has been offered. This information is incorrect, as we have extended additional benefits to all of our card member associates. It is with our deepest regret that we are having to deal with this pandemic which is affecting us all.

February before I lost my job,I paid 4 season passes.Were 388.00plus.In need my refund.I have receipt.I emailed3times.We Never been to park not going
I paid 388.00 plus fee on February 26, 2020. At that time they did not state any notices about the park being closed due to Covid 19. I bought 4 tickets. I called I emailed. Now I'm unemployed, so refund my money. We never went to Stone Mountain Park not even once.
So I should qualify for my refund.

Desired Outcome

They can refund my debit card which I used to pay for the 388.00 tickets and the 4.00 fee.

Issue with guest has been resolved.

Several members were very unprofessional and extra add on to park tickets were a rip off and did not offer what was listed.
My parents and I went to Stone Mountain on December 7th for their Christmas event. We have been going since 2006 and have not had any problems until now. My mother is handicapped and we had to rent her a wheel chair since she cant walk a lot. We also purchased the VIP tickets for $15.00 a piece so we would not have to stand in line and it said we get priority seating at select shows. First, my mother was not treated with respect by any of the staff members regarding her wheel chair. it was like she was in the way. Except our waitress at the camp fire grill restaurant. She was fantastic and an amazing waitress. The rest of the staff were horrible. second, since she is handicapped, we were let in regardless of our VIP first so that was a waste. Third, it said we would get priority seating and did not get any and were not able to see some of the shows very well. We feel it was not worth it one bit. The last is the most severe. We always go to the candy shop for some of their homemade candy. Well it was quite crowded and no line organization. They had two African American men working only. So we got in a line with my mom and when it was our turn, this woman who was standing next to me cut in and I said something and she got nasty with me and said shes been waiting 10 mins when there were a bunch of people behind us waiting. I am mildly autistic and have type 2 bipolar so in these kind of situations, I tend to have melt downs. Things got escalated and the two employees did NOTHING to diffuse the situation. Even a third party man got involved and threatened to hit me. So I stormed out to calm down waiting for my parents. Well they come out a few mins later and didn't have candy. they told the two staff members kicked them out who did NOTHING wrong but defend me. We had had it. we found out from another worker they were supervisors and in high school. if you have that kind power, you need to be better at customer service especially problems like this. We went to go to guest services to complain but it was closed. I was in tears so we decided to leave. Then on our way to our car, I noticed our back bumper sticker we had saying we are Democrats got peeled off. I was done after that. I wrote to complain twice and no one ever replied back so I felt like this was my last option. We prob will not ever come back to the Christmas event as it left a bad taste in our mouths.

Desired Outcome

We would like a refund of our VIP passes and stone mountain park tickets as we experienced horrible customer service and were treated badly, plus we were not given priority seating as it said on the VIP.

Bought tickets for Stone Mountain Park at park. Within 10 minutes of entering park, all main attractions/outdoor rides were cancelled. Refund rejected
On 7/20/19, we visited the Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, GA. I made the line to purchase 4 tickets. When I told the attendant that I wanted an online offer they had, he instructed me to buy the tickets online and with the order info he would print them there at the gate. I purchased four After 4 pm Tickets for $119.73 at 5:05 pm using my Citibank credit card and redeemed them at the gate. At this point there weren't any signs or announcements that any of the rides were closed. So we walk into the park and within 10 minutes while we're by the first ride(main ride that takes you up the mountain), we're told that this ride is closed due to lightning in the area. We're not told that all the outdoor rides are closed, if not, we would of just went back to the gate, asked for a refund and left. So we continue walking the park to then find out that all outdoor rides are closed due to lightning. Keep in mind, this is an outdoor park so the few indoor activities are not why people visit this location. So I decide to go to the main gate and request a full refund. I spoke to a supervisor and she stated that she could not issue a refund even though all the outdoor rides were cancelled until further notice because the fireworks show was still going on that evening. She offered tickets to return, but I was not interested as we live in another state and were returning soon. She insisted that there weren't any refunds and gave me tickets to come back. So we stayed at the park doing nothing but spending money on food and waited for the fireworks show. Fireworks show began, but was cancelled half way due to lightning in the area. I attempted to locate someone at the ticket offices at the park, no one to be found. I called customer service on 7/22, 7/31 and 9/19 to request a refund but they state that they can't issue refunds over the phone, instead they take your complaint, forward it to the park and they're supposed to reach out to you about your complaint. Two months later, I have not been reached by Stone Mountain Park. They suggested to also contact the park through email which I also did on these dates and no response. However, when I contacted my credit card about disputing the charge, they did respond and my complaint has been rejected. I've initiated a second dispute with my credit card so that I can provide them with all the information about my complaint. In conclusion, I payed for a service that I didn't receive and they're completely ignoring my complaint. Their customer service department is useless and the park is obviously ignoring my complaint. Customer service states that complaints are usually handled in 3-5 days, it's been two months. Not only am I down $119.73 plus parking, but they ruined my birthday weekend vacation and have made it worse by not taking care of my complaint. Bad business!

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $119.73. I cannot return to the park as they're in another state.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company and the company resolved their complaint

ststone mountain during hurricane Irma but the park closed and were not able to use our membership. Manager said mail it we refund, they signed
During Irma we stayed at stone mountain but then they closed down and we were never able to use our memberships. I spoke with manager *** via phone then email who told me to certify email the memberships they would refund us. They signed for merchandise Dec 3 rd. She fails to respond to many emails including pics of the mail receipt . We had also eaten at one of their diners and they had not enough staff to stock the condiments etc for burgers. We had asked for a pizza in stead since they didn't have anything for burgers, I was told to lay the food down, manager would be back. Manager ignored me. So we left without eating, we had actually eaten the prepare salad and five drinks off $80 ticket. *** was supposed to get with their manager, but never heard back. I immediately upon leaving restaurant tried calling, sending email and facebook messages!

Desired Outcome

I would like refunds for paid but not received merchandise!!!!!
