I am very happy that I choose this company to replace my roof after a tree collapsed on my home Vlad came out to my home and showed me their products and even showed me where I had some prior storm damage to my roof He then came out, on time, and met with my insurance company The workers were very professional and had my roof completely done in days and my yard completely clean like it was when they arrived!! The entire experience was great I even had my home warranty in writing on the day that I made my final insurance payment to them I would highly recommend this company to others!!

My experience with Stone Mountain Roofing was excellent!! We had shingles & gutters replaced on our house and had some carpenter work & shingles replaced on our shedVlad was the representative we dealt withHe was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteousAfter he quoted us on the work to be done he stayed in contact but did not badger usAt sales meeting he brought samples of all the building materials unlike the other four salesman that quoted usHe went into detail about how the products would be usedHis quote was very reasonable compared to the othersThe roofing, gutters , and carpenter work were done in one dayThe clewas done thoroughlyIt was as if they had never came! My paperwork: Warranty, Payment Confirmation, and Certificate of Completion were Emailed to me the very next day

This is an review to do Hire Vlad!! He is the best contractor I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot of them He replaced my roof due to some weather damage and he worked with the insurance company and made to necessary repairs and the end result was a beautiful roof I selected Vlad myself after meeting with a couple of roofers my insurance company recommendedI did not like the first two contractors Vlad was the third I spoke with and signed the contract with him that same day I could tell he know what he was doing Also, before he left on that initial visit, he claimed on the roof and covered the damage from the storm to stop the leaks, He was the only contractor that offered to do that The final result was a beautiful roof About a year after the new roof, another bad storm happened and Vlad came out and walked the roof to make sure all was ok How about that for customer service Excellent experience Thanks Vlad
