I am a resident of Lakeside Villas apartments in San Antonio, Texas, and what I witnessed this Tuesday afternoon (4/21/15) is inexcusable behavior from a Stone Oak Land Design landscape employeeThe employee, leaf blower worker, used his leaf blower to not only redistribute the dirt, but also blow a group of ducks and their baby ducklings nesting on the sidewalk into the lakeI am sure he thought that was funny, but as an animal lover and a protector of wild life, I did NOT find humor in his actionsThese leaf blowers are powerful devices and are capable of harming the fragile nature of these ducklings who are only a couple of days oldThese ducklings have a hard enough time with their survival rate without the help of a cruel employee with a leaf blowerStone Oak Land Design should take more care in hiring their employees as this is not a good company imageBesides the cruelty displayed by their employee, the landscaping work is sub-par at best
