I am rejecting this response because:Yes they have new address because *** Aprtment (*** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***) where I stay now called them to very my rental history Also I called every day to the office before/after days of moving out, none of the staff told me they sent the letter or none ever ask me for my address to send correspondenceall they say is "we working on it"It WAS not until Tuesday 04/11/when I informed the Stone Aok Place that I am going to court with law suit that they said they sent the letter to my address a day before (Monday 10,2017). Regarding cleaning, I cleaned the apartment before moving out and I have pictures to prove itmoreover, they came to inspect it before moving and it was cleaned and no damagedAnd I don't owe any money because I gave my days noticed in January when I paid the rent It took them and half month to get back to me but they say it only takes day policy after moving out to get back with meSo they owe me money.
