I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I would like to publicly add that my money was not refunded to my until the Revdex.com had sent the company an email asking for resolution. I had waited 12 business days for my refund, but NOTHING happened until the Revdex.com got involved. At the point when Revdex.com sent an email, I had a refund the next day. The company makes it sound like I had a misunderstanding. I did not. I was told that it would be almost impossible to get my stone shipped to the cemetery within my timelines, and the only way to even hope for that to occur would be to pay another 100.00 to expedite my order.This company is dishonest, and doesn't assume any responsibility for their actions. I would not recommend them to anyone, in fact I recommend to friends and family that they be avoided.The only reason that I selected that the resolution is satisfactory is because, with the help of the Revdex.com, I have my money back.I am still getting automated emails about my order. I have flagged the email as SPAM with my email provider ([redacted]).
