To whom it may concern: Mr [redacted] , came to our office on 08-14-for treatmentDr [redacted] had recommended his wisdom teeth removed due to deep periodontal pocketsDr [redacted] had given him the option of seeing another dentist in our practice who performs this treatment, or seeing an oral surgeonMr [redacted] said he would think about it and get back with us at a later timeMr [redacted] reached out to us and made an appointment with one of our doctors for a consultationOn March 2, he made an appointment with Dr [redacted] for a consultDr [redacted] agreed with Dr [redacted] and said he could s e him for this treatmentDr [redacted] works on Mondays and Tuesdays: Mr [redacted] -preferred, to have the treatment performed on a Friday for work and recovery purposesDr [redacted] is the only doctor who works on Fridays he was aware and made the appointment to see him Upon seeing Dr [redacted] he was aware that Dr [redacted] is fee per service and, is not a contracting doctor and that Mr [redacted] would have to pay the full fee up front of at the time of serviceMr [redacted] was also given the option of a courtesy of our office filing to his insurance and any payment would be sent to himIn the interim when sending the claim we had a glitch in our computer and the wrong dentist was put on the claim formWe have corrected the claim and is processedThe payment of is what the insurance has paid on this claimThank you, for your consideration in this matterIf you have any more questions please feel free to contact our office Thank You [redacted] Office Manager

I am rejecting this response because: ***, once again, is not being honest She is aware that I saw Dr*** as recommended by Dr*** and was advised extraction was not recommendedDr*** sent this information to Stone Ridge dentist and I disclosed at the time I had my teeth cleanedStone Ridge contradicted the specialist they had referred me to*** is well aware of thus fact and her statement is absolutely, purposefully false***, the office manager, did not disclose the terms she mentioned, as she was not present when I had my teeth extractedThere was no glitch, she made an error and refused to correct it until complaints were filedShe repeatedly told me I was confused and that there was no errorI have not received the refund for overpayment as of yetHer statements are and misleading.
This is why I am complaining*** is very dishonest.

Dr. [redacted] had given him the option of seeing another dentist in our practice who performs this treatment, or seeing an oral surgeon. Mr. [redacted] said he would think about it and get back with us at a later time. Mr. [redacted] reached out to us and made an appointment with one of our doctors for a consultation. On March 2, 2015 he made an appointment with Dr. [redacted] for a consult. Dr. [redacted] agreed with Dr. [redacted] and said he could s e him for this treatment. Dr. [redacted] works on Mondays and Tuesdays: Mr. [redacted]-preferred, to have the treatment performed on a Friday for work and recovery purposes. Dr. [redacted] is the only doctor who works on Fridays he was aware and made the appointment to see him.   Upon seeing Dr. [redacted] he was aware that Dr. [redacted] is fee per service and, is not a contracting doctor and that Mr. [redacted] would have to pay the full fee up front of 1200 at the time of service. Mr. [redacted] was also given the option of a courtesy of our office filing to his insurance and any payment would be sent to him. In the interim when sending the claim we had a glitch in our computer and the wrong dentist was put on the claim form. We have corrected the claim and is processed. The payment of 218.40 is what the insurance has paid on this claim. Thank you, for your consideration in this matter.
