We have been thinking of renovating our kitchen for a long time, were not sure of where to get the counter topWe were pleased to find the "Stonesense"There is a quite a variety of granite with varying price ranges We had the pleasure to work with ***, who was very professional and gave us valuable advice along the way and prompt in answering our questionsShe also encouraged us to go the supplier's warehouse to pick our granite The Staff from the Stonesense arrived right on time for measurement and installationThe installation was perfect and now is the centerpiece for our remodeled kitchen We would highly recommend Stonesese based on our experience
This company has no sense of appointment or deadline. when I booked my appointment with the company, 3 out of 4 times its employee did not show up and I had to phone the company to find out that the person was not coming. The countertop was installed 12 days after the promised date. Which was also after a no-show of the entire crew for installation. For which they did give me a small discount. At the end, after paid the invoice in full amount, the countertop above the dishwasher was cut 0.5-1 inch smaller that it should be so my dishwasher sticked out of it. I phoned and sent message and after many phone calls and one no show appointment, one guy finally showed up and kept on denying the depth of a 24" countertop was wrong and kept on saying there was not a standard as for how deep the countertop should be. Up until now which is another 12 days after the installation, the company did not give me any explanations and I had to buy a more expensive dishwasher which is 24 inch deep.
