After signing a tiling contract, *** *** did not have enough money for gas to show up the the jobHe then gave a sob story about his mothers roof caving inI know I shouldn't have, but I gave him more moneyThen he asked for a bunch of money for materialsHe kept all the materials at his *house* and would not let me pick them up
Then, knowing he was not getting any more money from me, he stopped showing upHe told me no less then times that he would "be there tomorrow, percent"That was his tag line
He never finished the jobHe tiled out of about roomsHis workmanship was so bad, I had to tear up every tile he put down and hired someone else to do itEvery tile was scraping at the grout lines and hollow underneath from to little cement (that I suspect he was scamming me out of)
I have delt with bad contractorsBut nothing like *** ***I would stay far away from *** ***If you do hire him, DO NOT GIVE ANY UP FRONT MONEY
