We offered to fix the color but she wanted us to fix the filling. She is claiming that a fill in other salons covers the whole nail. We only fill in the gap that has grown from her real nail to the acrylic nail. If she didn't like that we only fill in the gap she should of stopped us and pay for just the pedicure and leave but instead she continued.

This customer came and did her nail on June [redacted] 2015 and came back on June [redacted] 2015 asking to get her nails fixed and demanded for a refund. The price she paid for was $17 for a fill in and $15 for gel color on top. (total 32$) Her nail cracked from the tip. A fill in is only filling in the gap...

that has grown out between her real nail and the acrylic that she got done somewhere else. That store should be responsible for the broken tip because she claims she got her new set around 2 weeks ago. we do not put any extra powder on the tip because that is not a fill in. The price for putting acrylic on the whole nail is not $17. She keeps complaining that a fill in is putting powder is on the whole nail. We did offer to fix some of her colors on her nails but we are not responsible for the broken nail tips because we did not put powder at the tip we only did a fill in.
