We sell Pharmaceuticals and a drug authorization and location where sold is very important. I explained to customer and we put a notice on our site as well. complainant asked for us to put a notice on site, which we have done.

they indeed did make a small mention of being unable to ship to Florida under the section titled "Terms, Conditions & Notices", but it would have made more sense to add that to the section titled "Shipping". I hope that they can make that change, or better keep it in both areas. I was also told that Florida may not be the only state that the company cannot sell too, they may want to add that information, if that is indeed correct.If they can add the "no orders/shipping to Florida..." to the "shipping" section, I will be fully satisified.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is almost satisfactory, the matter will be resolved if the information is also added to the "shipping" section of the website.
