I sold part of my stuctured settlement to stone creek and ever since *** bought them out the hold my check from my direct deposit. I'm having it understood by a former employee that they do this for reason of me to call them and try to buy more of my payments. I'm on chemo and rely on this money each month to be here to afford my medicine and when is isn't there I have to go without till they decide to release my funds. This is nearly every mouth now.

This is a positive review....I agreed to sell my annuity to Stone Street Capital. The paperwork and the legal process was smooth. We had our court date the week before 4th of July, and the court signed off on our sales agreement. Then, my money was a slow getting to me, and I immediately elevated my concerns and anxiety to Stone Street's CEO Gary Milwit. Gary was incredibly responsive (answered all of my e-mails very quickly), and within a day Gary had the problem fixed and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I give Gary high marks for his excellent customer service.
Stone Street served an important need for my family, and Gary followed through on his company's commitments. I sincerely appreciate Gary's help.

Well...where to start.... I have an annuity that I wanted to cash out. Went to stone street, signed all the paperwork, went to court to get early cash settlement got it approved and was told I would receive money in 3 days with direct deposit. after the three days were up there was no deposit I was told the person handling the case submitted the paperwork didnt get an investor signature and its was delayed. Ok so then I was told it was another 3 days to receive deposit. And once again three days passed and nothing. Called again was told sorry and that they would try and wire money to my account but it could be as late as friday before I received it. (its tuesday at this point) On wednesday I had not received anything and called to see if it was wired..to be told that they will not be wiring it I had to wait until the next tuesday to receive the money. Well its tuesday and no deposit. Called again was told bank wont send it until wednesday at 9am I should have the deposit. So what was to take a month an a half total process is now up at three months and still waiting for the deposit.I can only hope that the deposit goes thru and I dont have to play these games anymore. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Very unprofessional company.
