unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer / distributor on receiving the material in order to fabricate and complete the job in order to install the job. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and explained the details of the issues with the missed dates. the distributor was giving us...
dates and we were relaying these dates to the customer. the dates we were given from the distributor were incorrect and the kept moving the dates of arrival out. I have spoken to them and they have told me that the material will be here next week and we will start the fabrication and have given Mr. [redacted] an install date on 6-4-15.
