We dropped 2 tiny spots of glue on the wood floor at the time of a service call, the servicer tried to clean it but customer did not allow him to. Customer then came claiming over $7000 to repair the entire wood floor without giving us the opportunity to try to fix it. The stains are minimal...
and we have been at the customer's home with a wood floor contractor that can repair the damage but customer is not allowing anything. Customer just wants the amount he is asking for. Our General Manager is working with this customer to come up with the best solution but as of today, he is still insisting in getting the money.Please let us know what other information do you need from us.Thanks

This company (Stone Systems) is very dishonest and continually lies to us a a customer. In their response they are stating they dropped 2 tiny spots of glue on the floor...when in fact they spilled glue all over the floor compassing 10-12 different wood planks. They (Alex) first tried to wipe it up and smeared the glue all over then just left not mentioning the spill to us. We let them come back again to try to clean the glue of the floor but they were unsuccessful. They are now trying to bring in an Outlet flooring provider who is not knowledgeable with our flooring, nor is he certified. He wanted to cut panels out and glue them in on our floating floor that is not glued. The repair they are wanting to do will void our flooring warranty. This floor was less than 30 days old when they caused the damage. I am not interested in money, but rather having the floor fixed to the state and quality it was in before Stone Systems damaged the floor. This company is not to be trusted and is not willing to take responsibility for the damage they cause to your home.
