Hello [redacted] , I am replying to your letter dated September 7th, regarding case ID# [redacted] for customer [redacted] ***’s complaintThe matter has been resolved, the sink has been picked up as of 9/8/When customer purchases the removal and haul away from us, we take everything unless customer decides to keep any of the parts, which in this case, he had asked to leave the sink behind, our installers do not question customers so they did leave it at his houseMr [redacted] had called asking to have the sink removed so he was then scheduled for September 8th, so the service has been completedPlease let us know if you need further information so this claim can be closedOn the other hand, we would like to become members of your organization Can you refer us to your membership team? I am rejecting this response because: This company (Stone Systems) is very dishonest and continually lies to us a a customer In their response they are stating they dropped tiny spots of glue on the floor...when in fact they spilled glue all over the floor compassing 10-different wood planks They (Alex) first tried to wipe it up and smeared the glue all over then just left not mentioning the spill to us We let them come back again to try to clean the glue of the floor but they were unsuccessful They are now trying to bring in an Outlet flooring provider who is not knowledgeable with our flooring, nor is he certified He wanted to cut panels out and glue them in on our floating floor that is not glued The repair they are wanting to do will void our flooring warranty This floor was less than days old when they caused the damage I am not interested in money, but rather having the floor fixed to the state and quality it was in before Stone Systems damaged the floor This company is not to be trusted and is not willing to take responsibility for the damage they cause to your home
