They insist that visits would cost more than a $150.extra
when you try to leave a feedback at their site you get an automatic reply from the owner with a picture of the owner couple in their cozy houseThat is all that you hear from them!
The Star feedback on their site is a sham and is manipulated to entice more customers to fill the owners coffers!
I was quoted at $for a service call I was then charged $for a "diagnostic fee" without being advised of this prior to the service
The technician showed up a half hour late to the house He spent roughly half an hour diagnosing the issue just to tell us there'd been a lock put on our gas line and that we'd need to call the gas company He waived the service call fee, just to turn around and charge us $in diagnostics fees
I call the office, and ask them if there was anything they could do because we had been quoted for a $service callThe lady that answered the phone said she couldn't, but she'd have a supervisor call me back Five hours later, I decide to call back in because I hadn't gotten a call back She tells me that she spoke with him, and that there was nothing they were going to do about the charge I said well I'd still like to talk with him about it She said "***" would give me a call I never got a call days go by, still no call from *** M
Master Plumbing refused to provide a follow up service call for the same issue they did service on less than weeks prior
On 3/27/at 7:20pm, I called Master Plumber requesting a service call due to backed up water in my basementI spoke with *** and we were in contact until the plumber arrived at about 11:20pm and attempted to clear the main lineHe sent a camera down after we thought the line was cleared but he could not visualize the whole length of the drainHe could not get the camera to go through a bend in the pipeWater running from a sink was not producing a baof water at the timeI am in the process of moving and am not in the house full time and I live aloneNobody had access to the house except myselfOn 4/12/I contacted them again to come back out because I had water in my basement again at the same drainThe call was made at 12:29pm and I again spoke with *** I was told that they did not have anyone available to come out during the work day and
Master Plumbing said my central air unit needed freon, that cost me $It only worked for a couple hours so they came out a second time and added more freon for an additional $Again it only worked a couple hours so they sent "their best tech" and he told me the condenser was bad and it would cost $to replace! I called K & S heating and cooling who said that sounded suspiciousK & S was here right away and said the A.Cunit had TO MUCH freon which was causing the condenser to trip! He had it fixed in min just by removing the excess freon for $and it has been working great! Master Plumbing sent techs seperate trips who both were unable to do the job right! The first tech put to much freon in to begin with then repeated his mistake on the next visit and the 2nd tech LIED about the condenser being bad! The condenser was NOT BAD! I feel as though they were deliberately trying to rip me off! I deserve an explanation and a refund for bad workmanship!
