I had a fire at my house and I'm in the process of rebuilding my home for my familyThe process is extremely expensive and frustratingMy insurance company isn't covering everything and we are on a budgetI contacted Stone Tile Liquidators and explained our situation and what I was looking forI told them I was interested in there Amadeus Polished Granite Slab only because of the color and only wanted it if the color of the slab was mainly blueI spoke to the employees over email and phone and was told over the phone that the Amadeus slabs was blueEven on their website the color of the slab is mainly blue (http://www.stonetileliquidators.com/amadeus-3cm-polished-granite-slab.html)They sent me pictures of the slab they were selling me and I told them it was hard to see the color of the but the pattern was good and I would take it as long as the color was blueI was assured again by Stone Tile Liquidators the color was blue but would vary in pattern because it is a natural stoneI paid over $for three slabs plus shipping to their warehouse in CaliforniaI went to go look at the slabs at Stone Tile Liquidators warehouse after it was delivered and the color of the slabs was not the color I was assured it wasAll three slabs were completely black with not even a drop of blue in itThe only thing that resemble the picture that was provided to me was the pattern in the slabI contacted Stone Tile Liquidators and told them that the slabs weren’t the color that I was assured it was which was blue, but instead was blackThe manager basically told me that it was my problem because they sent me pictures and the color of the slab wasn’t their problemWhen I ask for my money back the manger told me that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shippingI didn’t get the slabs plus I was charged over a $for restocking fees and shippingI got nothing from this transaction, but only put me and my family in an even worse situationMe and my family are out a $and still have to buy slabs to finish rebuilding our homeI will never purchase ANYTHING from Stone Tile Liquidators again and wouldn’t recommend that anyone does
