Review: My dog stayed at this kennel from June 13-21, 2014. While there, the owner changed his diet without notification or consult of our veterinarian (information provided). My dog is older and a diabetic. When I picked him up, he had severe diarrhea from the food change and the neuropathy in his legs was worse than when dropped off - due to the dietary issues. I listed a review expressing my extreme displeasure of this service. The owner, [redacted], then called my mother and was extremely unprofessional about my complaint - going so far as to tell my mother to rot in [redacted]. [redacted] then continued to repeatedly call my phone leaving 2 messages (saved) on 6/22/14. She continued to call my phone repeatedly throughout the day. I received additional calls on 6/30/14 (one right after the other) leaving demeaning voice mails (saved) about my intelligence, ability to care for a dog, my veterinarian's inability to provide medical treatment, hoping that God will get me for my review, etc. [redacted] has demanded that I remove the reviews, only to follow up with commentary on my intelligence and aspects of my person.Desired Settlement: I want this woman to stop the harassing calls to me (which I have the messages stating she will continue to call me daily) immediately. I have requested she not contact me or my family. The stay at the kennel was over $300.00, with an additional $200 that I have spent on veterinary bills in attempts to get my dog back to health, or the level he was at prior to their horrible care.
