Worst experience using this company. I moved more than the movers and the owner is a complete jerk. All he cares about is the bottom line and has no sense of customer service. His guys damaged our pressure cooker and when I told him about it, he said we didnt pack you. Also his guys damaged our washer, to the point where its unusable at the moment. He insulted us thinking we did not have money to pay when we used PayPal and unfortunately it takes them 3-5 business days to process. He took it out on with insults and complete disrespect. Believe ever horrible review on this company, it is not a lie. Unfortunate, I've never moved movers until now but this was definitely an eye opening experience. Never again.

I have moved many times over the years. I can honestly say this is the WORST POSSIBLE MOVING COMPANY to use.

They sent a crew out that did not know the first thing about moving furniture or packing things.

They succeeded in breaking crystal pieces by leaving them in the dining room cabinet during the cabinet move. The china cabinet was also seriously damaged through their complete carelessness. They additionally broke an expensive lamp, nearly dropped my dining room table off the back of a moving truck (they hadn't secured the hydraulic lift properly).

The owner assured me he would reimburse me for the crystal. He sent me half of the balance he owed me after I hounded him for weeks. I have never received the other half of the balance due and am still working with a furniture repair company to have my damaged furniture repaired. The move was in May. It is October and I still haven't seen the other half of my money.

Additionally, in order that my one-day move was finished over the course of two days, I was charged another $2,000, including trip charges, for the second day. The total cost of the move was about $4,000. I have never paid anything near that before. We had moved the same household of furniture and boxes with another moving company four years before and we were charged half that amount.

The only reason we used this company to move us was on the recommendation of our realtor-associated stager.

Never again.
