[redacted] I am very sorry that you found your time here at Stonebridge unsatisfactory and we were unable to satisfy your needs and concerns regarding your garbage disposalAs you know, our maintenance men did everything they could to resolve the situation and we take pride in doing our best to make our tenants happy As you are aware you are under a month lease with us and under the terms of your lease (which you signed) you are responsible for your rent every month during that termAnd due to your sudden personal decided termination of your lease, we are at right to withhold your security depositHowever, in this specific situation and in the hopes that both parties can walk away in a positive way, I will refund you your security deposit in the amount of $We will issue the check and you should receive it in the next few weeks In regards to you requesting us to cover the costs for your move that is not something that we will be able to doWe had done everything to accommodate you and you chose of your own accord to still continue to move and decide to only pay a pro-rated amount for the days that you did remain in the unitSince we are also willing to accept that payment I’m hoping you understand our decision to not cover those additional costs you incurredSince you broke the obligations of your contract/lease and we are not pursuing anything further with that, and we are willing to take that lose, I think this is a very fair middle ground Again, I am sorry you found your time here to not be enjoyable, but I would like to wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day [redacted]

make our tenants happy.   As you are aware you are under a 9 month lease with us and under the terms of your lease (which you signed) you are responsible for your rent every month during that term. And due to your sudden personal decided termination of your lease, we are at right to withhold your security deposit. However, in this specific situation and in the hopes that both parties can walk away in a positive way, I will refund you your security deposit in the amount of $1525. We will issue the check and you should receive it in the next few weeks.   In regards to you requesting us to cover the costs for your move that is not something that we will be able to do. We had done everything to accommodate you and you chose of your own accord to still continue to move and decide to only pay a pro-rated amount for the days that you did remain in the unit. Since we are also willing to accept that payment I’m hoping you understand our decision to not cover those additional costs you incurred.
