We had a great experience with Stone Coat! They helped us with a large remodel project at our home Ruben was very accessible throughout the process and it is obvious that he truly cares about his customers Paul was also very helpful and kind as we made decisions We also met multiple crew members who crafted beautiful stone on our walls - they worked hard and were very responsive and respectful to our goals and project vision I am so thankful that we chose to work with this company!

Many thanks to Ruben for facilitating the conversion of our massive red brick fireplace into a beautiful modern stone-looking structure that lightened our family room and gave it a cleaner look We were impressed by the responsiveness to our questions, the guided walk through their displays, and the quality of the final product The installation team was on time, delivered a beautiful result, and cleaned up after themselves Kudos to the Stone Coat team

Whenever they came to present and sell their product and services, they seem very professionalBut once we sign contract and provided downpayment, the unprofessional dealing started! Delays on when to start the job, application is different from what was agreed on, workers seems to be in a hurry at the duration of workThe outcome was absolutely a disappointmentThere was some cracks and off color application, there was no supervision available during the jobAnd when we called about our concerns, no response! We've been calling for the last monthsCalled numerous times, a manager did call and said they will be sending their workers out but they never did! This is an absolute waste of money!!!

We didn't like the color of the brick on the new house we had purchased in North Dallas, so we were looking to do something to it, like stucco or something similar We heard about Stonecoat and investigated it We went to their showroom in Dallas and met with the owner, Mr [redacted] He showed us the various finished looks that are availableWe elected to go with the classic cast-stone limestone veneer We did a test on a portion of the house to see how it would look It looked wonderful, so we then elected to have our entire house done in the off-white, cast stone style, with etched rectangular blocks We were thrilled with the way our house turned out, and we got many compliments from our neighbors in Bent Tree North Also, the price was very reasonable We gave our permission to Stonecoat to show a picture of our house on their website, and so you can actually see our house on the website currently Stonecoat did a great job, and their workers are experienced and very skilled I was not asked by anyone at Stonecoat to post this review, and I am not personal friends with or related to anyone at the company I would definitely recommend Stonecoat to anyone who wants to change the look of their house, either interior or exteriorWe opted for the block, cast-stone look, but they have a number of other styles also

I am a Realtor and investorI am working on an investment property and after painting the brick realized the house brick and morter looked terrible as it was old and deteriorated in placesI called Stone Coat on a Saturday morning and within hours Eric showed up and we discussed the product and within a week I had an absolutely beautiful refaced front of Stone CoatKen, Rick and Eric have been outstanding to work with and their crew, Glenn and Cody amazing, they both went out of their way to make me happy and I believe it has added an extra $25k value to the home!!!

Our fireplace in the new house was pretty "blah" with a white stone surround on a beige wallBeing a corner fireplace with a high ceiling, it called for something to make it stand out
We shopped for several months for alternatives from stacked stone, to brick work etc and finally went to the StoneCoat showroom and offices in AddisonWe were impressed with what we saw and decided to have them create a new wall look
The bid was less than half the cost of putting in stacked stone of faux stone They worked with us on the design and when the crew came out, they made sure they understood the look we wanted
The team was a father and son(s) team who prepared the site well (I was nervous being in a new home with all hardwood floors) and they built up the hearth and put the "mud" on the wall on day one On day two, they did the spraying, carving and finishing
We were amazed at the transformation We were also very well pleased with the work of the team

I recently had my fireplace redone by StoneCoat and am extremely pleased with the results. The fireplace was originally brick and a previous owner had covered it with drywall and granite tiles. I sought several bids for quarried stone and stone alternatives. By far, StoneCoat was the best value as the estimate for the entire project (demo, stone, and new mantel) came in significantly less than other bids. Ruben was prompt in contacting me after I submitted a request for bid online. He returned the estimate within one day of visiting my house to take photos and measurements. He followed up in a timely manner and we got the project scheduled within a couple of weeks of my original contact. I was pleasantly surprised when he called and asked if they could do the project sooner as they had an opening in their schedule. The entire process took just 2 days and we are enjoying our lovely updated fireplace. The crew was courteous, showed up promptly at the scheduled time both days, and did a great job of keeping the work area clean as well as draping plastic to protect the rest of my home from dust and debris. I am very pleased with my experience and with the final product.
