I would just like to share that we visited this facility for our second time. We went during my sons Christmas Break and he loved it and asked to go for his Birthday this year. We went on July 6th this year the day before my sons Birthday. I can not say enough good about it we have done lots of other types of kid friendly places and this is by far my favorite as well as my sons. The pricing is very decent especially for all that you get with it. The staff is AMAZING! It is clean and kept up even while you are there. They are on top of everything. The staff interacted so good with the kids even when they had to give reminders on the rules. They did their jobs without and attitude and most with a genuine smile! I love how everything is really geared around the kids. I love it! Thank you and we will be going back soon. I have never submitted a comment on here and I feel they truly deserve so recognition. :)

Review: In 2008 I purchased a number of gift cards for Stonefire Pizza Company to use for parties and gifts. I currently have 5 $50 gift cards that were unused and a few other gift cards with varying balances remaining on them. I contacted Stonefire directly back in February to find out why they would no longer accept the gift cards, and was given a general reply. I have since emailed requesting more information twice and have also called and have not received a call back from the General Manager.Desired Settlement: A comparable refund or a re-issuance of the outstanding gift cards that I still have.

Thank you for sending this to me. We are a new company that owns Stonefire Pizza co as of March 2012 (5320 Ventures Inc) the old corporation (Stone Fire Pizza corp.) went bankrupt and we purchased from the courts. In the purchase we were not responsible for any past dept including game cards and gift cards, although we did except them for over 1 year as a good will jester. We cannot afford to continue to give free money away and we have posted the information on our website for over 2 years and is now down. The old owners gave thousands of dollars worth of gift cards and game cards away as a last stitch effort to save the business. Most of the cards were sold at a severe discount and now there are people asking for full refunds. I am not saying this is what this gentleman is doing but we have made the final decision not to honor any more. We have honored over $10,000 worth and that is all we can do. Please let me know if there is anything more you would need.

The name of the complaint handler is the old general manager from the previous owners.
