1/26/The bolts to complete recall *** were not available at the time of vehicle deliveryThe action from ford at that time was to spray the steering rack bolts with rust inhibitor due to parts not being availableIt was not the high corrosion time of year when this vehicle was sold*** *** performed the recall on November 9th replacing the steering rack boltsHad any of the steering rack bolts been broken or broken during replacement the power steering rack would have had to be replacedThis basically indicates that there was no issue with the steering rack

All they said was in such a contradiction. I don't believe them any more.

 I was told that another customer days prior came in about one of these vehicles and they were told the same story and that ad was removed from the website. At that point Stoneham Ford knew that there was a problem with the advertisements but they left the other vehicles advertised until I inquired about them. They left the ads there misleading whoever was interested in them. Then the sales manager, [redacted], acted very unprofessional like in front of myself, my son, and [redacted], who was the sales person working with me. I was shocked, as was [redacted], as to the tone [redacted] had taken with me as to the error and telling me "your not getting that truck for that price" before explaining there was an error. Please make sure you talk with [redacted] as to [redacted]'s attitude towards us and he will tell you it was unacceptable.

performed the recall on November 9th 2015 replacing the steering rack bolts. Had any of the steering rack bolts been broken or broken during replacement the power steering rack would have had to be replaced. This basically indicates that there was no issue with the steering rack.
