David F[redacted] -
I'll at least thank you for having the courtesy to respond, albeit you're answering dishonestly.  The pictures you're attaching are of a sign that was put up the day my car towed.  You are also again saying I never signed a contract.  I am still waiting (5 months now to be exact) for someone to forward me over proof that these were sent to me, which you cannot do, because they were not sent to me. You evaded my first question when I asked you to forward me the email, by just saying I never signed it. You never sent these to me and I don't know why!  I had a good relationship with everyone in that building, and I'm happy to provide references of ten or more people stating that I was a great tenant and got along with everyone.  You're calling me a trespasser.  I don't think a trespasser would put a blatantly large sign on their vehicle asking for someone to please send me a contract so I can PAY YOU to park there.  Again, I will reiterate that I called Robin twice to ask her to send me a contract.  The first response was "I thought he sent them over to you, let me have your email address again and I'll send them over."  Fair enough, I gave her my email again and nothing was sent to me.  I was simply assuming you were either taking your time in sending them to me, or that you weren't really enforcing the parking there. Again, you waited 5 months, and again with the blatantly large sign I left on my dashboard with my email and phone #.  Two weeks prior to be towed, I spoke with a woman on the condo board walking off of the train.  I forget her name, she is taller with glasses.  She asked if I lived there, I told her I did for 10 years, she smiled and said, yes, I remember you.  I told her I was waiting on a contract from Robin.  She simply said, "Ok, no problem" about me parking there.  So, again, you are being dishonest.
We can simply settle this by you paying for my towing fees, and sending over proof that you actually sent me over contracts.  I know you cannot produce the emails or any proof of any information being sent to me, because you practice business dishonestly.  I will aslo again state that when I get off the train every day, there are several cars there everyday, the same ones I have seen for months from people that do not live there and are not being towed.   Aren't they also "trespassers?" I await your response and settlement to this issue.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Review: There are commuters that do not live there that park there every day without issue. Just the other day they put a NON visible sign up regarding towing. Below is the letter I emailed to the company, which was ignored:

To whom it may concern:

I had lived at [redacted] for 10 years, until last December when my Wife and I bought a house and we moved a mile away. I was still parking there for the train since I work in [redacted]. I know plenty of people in the building, all of whom did not have a problem with me parking there.

I got off the train one day when Robin (don't know her last name) and someone else were putting new signs up[ to not park there. She asked if I had a contract to park there, and I told her I did not. I gave her my email (this one) and told her to send one over. A couple days went by and I never got a contract, so I got Robin's # and called and asked her to send again, which she said she would. NOTHING was ever sent to me. I put a HUGE note on my dash that I left on my car until yesterday that says:

STONEHENGE - please do not tow my car, I am waiting for Robin to send me over a contract to park here. My phone # is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]. Thanks, [redacted].

I even spoke with someone on the condo board last week who asked if I lived there (taller woman with glasses). I told her I did for ten years but no longer, and she said "oh yeah, I remember you." I told her about speaking with Robin about a contract that was never sent to me. So, yesterday I came home to find my car being towed. When I called Robin yesterday about this (I will fully admit being upset in my tone), she told me she sent me the contracts, yet I didn't sign and send back. I told her a few times that I never receive them and to forward the emails to me that they sent. She refused to do so, but asked for my email again so she could send me a new one, which I replied "why do you need my email address, since you already have it and emailed me contracts already?" She then flat out told me she wouldn't send me anything.

I want the emails forwarded to me please, that were supposedly sent to me. Could someone have given me a warning, since I leave a HUGE note on my car with my email and phone # to contact me? I would gladly hand over $600 to park there. Instead, you decided to just tow my car and cost me $200? It was also great to see plenty of commuters hop off the train while I was standing there and get into their cars at [redacted] and drive off. Apparently, I was chosen to be targeted for some reason.

I do need for someone who is in charge, and higher than Robin to get back to me on this, please.

Respectfully,

###-###-####Desired Settlement: What I ultimately request is to be refunded $183 and for someone from the management company (other than Robin) to call me and offer an explanation why my car was targeted to be towed.

Review: They provide property management services to the association where I live and they never call back. So my efforts to complain about or improve the services they or ode are unavailing.Desired Settlement: We talk about their plowing in this particular instance.
