The Maintenance staff has gone by the apartment several times to address the issues but we did not have a key to the apartment. The Maintenance and Office Staff on several occasions requested that a key be brought in so that a copy can be made. After several failed attempts to
get a copy of a key, the lock was drilled out and changed. We went into the apartment and checked the unit. The thermostat was showing degrees but was blowing degrees out of the registerWe did find there was some moisture in the lines. We recovered the Freon, pulled vacuum, and recharged the unit. HVAC unit was still cooling as it shouldAlso noticed that the apartment did not have a CPS Energy Smart Thermostat. Placed an order for that to be replaced with CPSNow, I have been out of the office on other projects and on vacation this month. The Maintenance Lead made several calls on my behalf to keep the resident in the loop on whats going on
