Review: on the night of 7/5/15, I experienced a towing incident involving my vehicle. The [redacted] website identifies this company as the management company for this residential community. On said night, I was parked along the west curb of Zivi St., just south of Gird St, across from the Pool House. There is a "Fire Lane" sign posted along this west curb, approximately half way down the block which I only later became aware of, upon my return. I parked my vehicle at this location to complete transporting a friend to his residence in your community, after a post-4th of July BBQ, for which I had been his designated driver. When I returned a short time later, at approximately 12:15 am on July 6th, I observed my vehicle to be gone and then observed the posted sign, which incidentally referenced California Vehicle Code section 22500.1 CVC. I was in shock. My vehicle was gone and my first thought was that it had been stolen. Fortunately, I had my phone on my person, as I typically leave it in the car for such brief matters. I frantically contacted Chino Police Department to request a police unit to search for my vehicle. I was calmed by the dispatcher and she suggested that the vehicle may have been towed. She directed me to [redacted] Towing, their vendor. I contacted the management company in writing regarding this incident requesting a refund due to the location of their sign in proximity to where I Parked and it went unanswered.Desired Settlement: I am hereby requested to be reimbursed for the $245.00 impound expense I incurred, plus $91.70 in lost wages, plus $1,500.00, totaling $1,836.70, for the trauma of the experience, as well as the time and energy expended in researching these matters.

Review: Ever since StoneKastle became the new management company for our condo unit, our HOA payment is late every month, which means we have to pay a late fee. Never did we have a late fee with the previous management company. We also had to pay a lien fee due to StoneKastle not notifying us of the management change, they state paperwork was mailed to all condo owners. I informed them we never received paperwork stating the management change. I have had nothing but problems with this company. Their answer to this payment issue is "check with your post office". I mailed our HOA payment on the 7th of July, they are stating they received it on July 25th which I find impossible, and our city to the management company city is approx. 20 miles. We own 2 other condos in different complexes, which I mail all 3 HOA payments on the same day and SandKastle is the only one that does not receive the payment on time. I believe we are not the only homeowners in the complex that are dealing with this late charge fee. I believe there are 200+ units in the complex, if other homeowners are also getting charge late fees something is just not right. I get no answer from these RUDE people at StoneKastle, again they always blame the post office.Desired Settlement: I believe if I contacted Revdex.com, possibly others may be experencing this problem with this management company and they will also file a complaint.
