Sent: Tuesday, April 25, 5:PMSubject: FW: ID [redacted] Dear Dispute Resolution Department, I am emailing in response to ID [redacted] The resident [redacted] or unit [redacted] at Stoneleigh Apartments Ms [redacted] has complained that she was forced to incur a late fee due to failure to accept rental payment Ms [redacted] has been notified on many occasions that, per her lease agreement, continuous rental insurance coverage is required She has failed to secure renter’s insurance during her lease agreement in Ms [redacted] along with all residents of Stoneleigh Apartments were notified of several possible outcomes if they were not compliant with their lease agreements concerning renter’s insurance Reminders, including a company approved agency for renter’s insurance, have been delivered via email and door placement Ms [redacted] has not complied with the terms of her lease agreement in over a year Unfortunately, she was not able to provide proof of her policy to the leasing office until April 4, A late fee of $was posted to her ledger prior to her delivering the renter’s insurance in a form that the leasing office could confirm We understand Ms [redacted] ’s frustration but it is the responsibility of this office to ensure all residents are following the TAA Lease AgreementIf you need any additional information, or need to speak with me directly, please do not hesitate to contact me I have attached additional information of a few notifications that was delivered via emailThank you, Adrain [redacted] | Property Manager

to accept rental payment.  Ms. [redacted] has been notified on many occasions that, per her lease agreement, continuous rental insurance coverage is required.  She has failed to secure renter’s insurance during her lease agreement in 2016. Ms. [redacted] along with all residents of Stoneleigh Apartments were notified of several possible outcomes if they were not compliant with their lease agreements concerning renter’s insurance.  Reminders, including a company approved agency for renter’s insurance, have been delivered via email and door placement.  Ms. [redacted] has not complied with the terms of her lease agreement in over a year.  Unfortunately, she was not able to provide proof of her policy to the leasing office until April 4, 2017.  A late fee of $50 was posted to her ledger prior to her delivering the renter’s insurance in a form that the leasing office could confirm.  We understand Ms. [redacted]’s frustration but it is the responsibility of this office to ensure all residents are following the TAA Lease Agreement.
