Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below To begin with, I would like to know what I have written that is false! When the salesman was here, he even helped my husband put the meat in our stand alone freezer If he would remember correctly, the weather was extremely cold and snow was on the ground After I came home from San Diego on March 5th, the next good day after the snow was gone and it wasn’t so cold, we did grill out We did leave messages the following business day and days after that How were we suppose to know that his website and advertisement was false? My husband didn’t get upset until he told him “he needed to live in the real world” My husband kept telling him we didn’t want more meat, we wanted our money back! If he can guarantee the meat will be good, we will take the replacement meat If the meat tastes and looks like the same as before, we would like our money back If the meat is good and doesn’t taste bad, he will not hear from us again He is going to have to contact us, as we have no way of contacting him Thank you, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

It begin with, we did call Midwest the following business day after we grilled the steaks.  We got the phone number off the flyer they gave us and we did call that phone number several times and left messages for someone to call us.  When no one returned our calls, we decided to find the company in Indy.  I also looked on their website and the address and phone number were the same as the flyer.  We did go to Indy and found the business and it was vacant but there was still a business vehicle still there with the companies name on it.  We went next door at the bicycle shop opened and the gentleman there gave us a name and phone number of a man that worked for the company.  [redacted] called him on our way back home.  He told us he no longer worked for the company but he would get a hold of his ex-boss and give him the message.  Midwest did call shortly after that.  He offered to come to the house and exchange meat.  [redacted] told him we did not want the meat, we wanted our money back.  He kept saying he would exchange meat and [redacted] kept telling him we didn't want meat, we wanted our money refunded and that they could have the meat.  That is when he told [redacted] basically "We needed to start living in the real world".  At no time did [redacted] threaten him.  I was listening to the whole conversation between the two of them.
After we received the rebuttal, I looked on the website for a recent phone number.  They still have not changed the address and phone number.  I then called the Revdex.com and asked if they had a current phone number.  She gave me a different number.  I called that number and it had been disconnected.  We have no way of talking to Midwest!
Thank you for all your help.

This is false once again.  Once perishable items are in the customers possession for a period of time which in this case was well over a week before this customer left a message. I explained the complainants husband we would cheerfully replace the product. He began using abrasive language and screamed . Our management felt it was unsafe to sent a representative to their home. If the customer can act calm with no violence we will gladly resolve this issue with product replacement of their choice. Thank you have a great day

They came to my elderly parents house and I happen to b there. Very suspicious behavior. They said mom had signed a 2 year contract..she is 85! They were very pushey and rude. Bought chicken from them with a check. After trying to call their office...ALL phone numbers had been disconnected. They need to be reported and we want to stop payment on check!

We purchased meat from Midwest Cattle Exchange in June, 2014. I noticed the address is different than the one posted on the Revdex.com website. The new address may be 8485 W. Washington St., Suite 10, Indianapolis, IN 46231. Different phone number is 317.992.2885. I am a cancer patient, and am afraid of eating this meat since I have a low immune system. What a waste of $400.
