Review: Hot tub was ordered with down payment on 3/15/11. It was delivered on 4/21/11 and installed around mid May. In 8/11/11, the lights weren't working properly. They came out & smeared caulking around them to "fix" the problem. They still didn't work properly & were NEVER fixed properly. They were well aware & said they would come back out at some point to fix them..didn't happen! Our electric bill doubled in the months of December 2011 & January of 2012. Around 12/5/11 it wasn't working properly, so they came out & replaced the box, but we never received an invoice. Into January 2012, it still wasn't working properly. On 1/27/12, they came out & replaced the panel box & the display panel. That didn't fix the problem. They came back out on 1/31/12. Display said "heater dry". The motor had quit, so it was replaced. When he left, hot tub was working. It worked for a few days. In the first part of February 2012, it wasn't working AGAIN. My husband realized what the problem was & told them. They came out & replaced the heater, but we got no invoice. On 4/5/13 it quit again & was tripping breaker. It took them until 4/16/13 to come out & "fix" it. They replaced the ozonator. That didn't work. On 4/22/13 they replaced the spa pack, that didn't work. On 4/23/13 they replaced the pump. It worked until around the second week of July. Of course, now the warranty is up & we have a $5,800 hot tub that cannot be used. Coupled with the lack of good customer service & general service as well, it's been a horrible experience! They don't know what they're doing & sell substandard products! They treated us like they didn't want to be bothered! Also, the last time they serviced the tub, we were charged around $100 in labor. I was told the parts were under warranty, but the labor wasn't. If they had fixed it properly to begin with, we never would've had to pay that! Also when all this started happening, we did ask to get a replacement & were told no!This needs to be made right or I will contact a lawyer!Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for the tub so we can purchase a quality tub elsewhere. If that's not plausible, I want another hot tub of a different brand! I also want the labor charges on the last service & the amount of money our electric bill went up those couple months because of their incompetency & cheaply made product!

Review: Had the Culligan water system for 13 years. Paid promptly every month. Had over $5500 in the rental unit. Decided to stop the service. When we called for unit removal, Mark said they would send someone out to remove the system. We had already removed it from the home and replaced it with a [redacted], much lower cost, and no rental fee, so there was only a pick up involved. It took two weeks for someone to come pick up the unit that was sitting outside waiting for pickup. Then, we got a BILL for 3 weeks rental!!! When I called Mark, he said that's the way it is! If you didn't want to be charged, you should have brought it in. He said it would be fine just sitting out and they would get it. I asked him to remove the bill, he said NO, that's the way it is. The bill is prorated and you will be charged for the time you have the equipment. I CANCELLED the service on July 26, 2015. The company was called and informed of this. And it was cancelled. We should NOT have received a bill for any additional time it took the company to come and pick up the unit.Desired Settlement: Would like the bill to be adjusted to $0.
