I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***.Stoner Rentals was notified of my request to vacate prior to January 10th as applications and background checks were run on *** S***'s the replacement tenant prior to this dateWhen I, the tenant requested to terminate the lease, the landlord gave me the process to follow to do so which I followedOn January 10th the landlord refused to provide lease paperwork to the replacement tenant (when requested by both parties), stating that it was to much additional work for her at the time and was not necessary until right before the replacement tenant took possession I would be happy to provide documentation of all communications between the land lord myself and replacement tenant. As of February all utilities have been paid to The City of Puyallup, Murreys Disposal and Puget Sound EnergyAn address where the security deposit can be sent has been sent to the landlord via email.
