I have attempted to call Doyle twice and there has been no answerI was placed on hold for over minutes, I will try again this afternoon

We have been in communication with the customer, and she has accepted our offer to cover the cost of transferring her loan

We do apologize for *** *** issuesWe would like to perform the repairs; however the extended service contract is governed by the manufacturer and issuer of the service contract which is Chrysler Group LLCUnfortunately, Chrysler Group is stating that the contract is only valid for ***
*** and is not transferable to *** ***So, Chrysler Group will not authorize Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge to perform the repairs
