Here are the documents that clearly state about the repairs and requirements
1) On the contract lease #A list that all rent must be current and you must make a written request for repair or remedy
2)#32- she was also in default by resident as it states on the contract
3)The repairs also indicate that the a/c was repaired months prior to her moving in to that unit
4) Resident ledge indicates her payment history and how her payments were made
5)Texas property code also states the Landlord duty to repair
