Attn Revdex.com,In reply to customer complaint # [redacted] , we do wish to respondThe facts are that on 11/20/, this customer did select and pay a deposit to hold the slabs of granite for her houseShe paid a deposit of 2,700.00$ to hold themWe removed the very ones she selected and held them until she was ready Through poor communication on both parts, our fabricator [redacted] arrived to make the template a week after her hoped for date of the 28thThis was on the5th of Dec.Please bear in mind that the customer had verbalized from the start that her concern was having her kitchen done for ChristmasThe template is unique to the kitchen for which it is madeOnce cut, it is trash to anyone elseFor this reason, no granite fabricator will cut the stone without it being paid in fullOnDec 7, just days later, we had the customer meet us at the store with ***'s template to place the various template pieces where the customer liked themThis is a unique process as it means that the customer has all the different pieces placed where she alone likes them in relationship to the pattern of colors on each stone At this time the customer paid the balance of 2559.00$ and signed the attached invoiceThe customer was told that once the slabs were cut, they were hersUp until that point she could have cancelled the sale with no penaltyIt is important to know that the customer mentioned that she would like to have her job done in mid DecWe could easily have accommodated her, as it takes a half day to install the new counter-top, we just needed her to call and set up which day She didn't call and just sat at home simmering with anger for ***Meanwhile, after the material was paid for and the layout completed onDec 7, [redacted] picked up the stone slabs and began the workIt takes a solid week to days to do the cutting, laminating, grinding and polishingThis alone takes us to Dec As the customer said , we set up the job for Dec This turned out to be a rainy day and you don't carry slippery , 1,pound objects in those conditions or you may get somebody killed or the material brokenThe customer was furious and demanded someone other than [redacted] install the completed work into the kitchenWe therefore had to get a different installer to come out to place the completed work into her house [redacted] could have been there the day after the rain but the replacement fabricator wasn't available till the 23rd , just two days later He arrived on the morning of the 23rd The woman's husband met him outside and said that his wife wanted to cancelShe had in fact, already filed this complaint on the original rainy day of the 20thShe refused our offer of a large discount although she was largely at faultShe was her own worst enemyWhen a customer says they want an installation on any hard date, they are scheduled and they are done on that date When they give us vague generalities of an installation date, they are told to call us when they have the exact date We do not just drop in on peopleShe was not scheduled because she did not scheduleHer job was ready for installation before the 17thPlease note that the 17th is a week before ChristmasGiven that her slabs are custom cut and fabricated , her kitchen granite is trash to anyone else It would not be fair for us to be stuck with a total loss because the lady has issues Respectfully , [redacted] Director, Stoneware enterprises

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I want to inform you that I was convinced by [redacted] to pay the balance due to the store because he promised me to have the installation done between Dec12-15, contradict to their statement that my concern is having it done for ChristmasI printed my T-mobile statement which shows a continued follow up calls on themI will make another response tomorrow and attached the statementThey ask me to wait for their call before the store closes but they never didWe were made to believe that they will come again on the 20th as promised by the OwnerAfter several dates of postponement on their side I came to realize to cancel the contractI wrote a complaint to Revdex.com and called to ask for an update, I was advised for me to call [redacted] agency because the person from Revdex.com who helped me verified that this Company doesn't have any License to installEmployee of the [redacted] agency confirmed to me during my call that said store are not licensed to install; instead, they advised me not to let them in to my houseUpon learning that, I went around to find a store which ha s a license because I don't want to be at risk just in case.I hope you find myself clearThank youRegards, [redacted]

Attn Revdex.com,The customer says she paid the balance because [redacted] promised the installation between the 12th and 15thWe had no conversation scheduling on which date to installWe don't just drop in.She did tell us that her priority was Christmas If there was confusion, it was on her partShe paid the balance not because [redacted] promised a particular date, rather, she paid it as no one in their right mind would start cutting up slabs for a custom kitchen unless those slabs are paid forShe selected the layout on 12/7/and signed for that layoutThe copy of her approval is attached herewithOn 12/22/she complained about the delays so she came in for a settlement but changed her mind.At that time we showed her all of our license information which is all in order If she still had issues when we arrived to do the installation, our contractor carried his licence and bond information and could have shown them on the spot but the customer chose this deceptive course to get out of our contractThe promised installation date was the 20th which was a rainy dayThe installer sat outside her house with the completed kitchen on the 23rdMaureen did not come out to tell the contractor she changed her mind and she just sent her husband We are attaching a copy of the licenseAt this point, we just want to be done with this personWe have a legal right to pursue the entire amount of this contract, however, we will settle for the amount of the slabs onlyThe slabs are $ 1552.50, the tax is $ and thereby the total is $ We will settle for thatThe slabs that are cut for her kitchen are her propertyWe will hold them for up to six months before we dispose themI think this is much more than reasonable Respectfully , [redacted] .Director, Stoneware Enterprises, Inc
