I received a letter from you regarding our client *** ***Her mother, *** *** *** has been abusive verbally with my staff and myselfI am attaching a report I wrote after speaking to *** ***.Her daughter, *** received services with us on June 28, and was
extremely happy when she leftWe did not hear from *** for four weeks, at which time she told us she had returned from a trip from Florida and that the Vivid color that was put in her hair was fading and her blond hair had turned a light green colorMy stylists, *** asked *** to stop by and let her look at it, at which time we could tell *** had been in chlorinated water, the ocean or bothThere is no way all of her blond hair would have turned the same color unless it had been totally compromised by chlorine, ocean water and the sun.I am attaching pictures of how great her hair looked when she left and ones of when she returned from Florida, at which time her hair looked fried, faded and light green, which is known as swimmers hair, because chlorine will turn most blonds a light green color.We offered to fix her hair at a discounted rate and give her complimentary Olaplex to help with how fried her hair looked from being in FloridaHer mom did not want to pay to have it fixed, but blamed us for how her hair lookedI told her her daughter was years old and knew better than to go into the ocean or pool with her hair.I have forwarded text from *** and she says she was in the ocean once and that she purchased the recommended shampoo, but never used it*** and her mom need to take responsibility for what happened to her hair and not blame ***.Please let me know if I can help in any other way.
