The park is not very clean, a lot of drug activities in the park, the owner has illegally trespassed on trailers that are not his. Some people can be late on rent and others he takes them to court and have them removed. He has anger management issues. Wouldn't be surprised if he got so angry and hit someone. Can't even have a trampoline in yard but he can have a bulldozer in his driveway for kids to get hurt on. Child almost got run over getting off school bus because of fast-paced cars entering the park. Not allowed to have opinion of your own or have freedom of speech with this park owner or he will retaliate by throwing you out of the park.
