I haven't purchased a car here, but I did inquire about one they have listed on OfferUp - a Ford FDieselIt was listed by "Jeff", who posted it for $The description and price indicate that's a down payment, and since I have over $10k cash in hand and I'm in need of a heavy duty pickup, I decided to ask about the cash price This began a back and forth that ended, without provocation, with me being insulted heavily by "Jeff"This led me to track down where he worked, which is Stop and Go Auto in GreshamHow do I know? There are signs behind your car pics, Jeff I'm not surprised to find all these bad reviewsI know I won't be doing business hereDespite his "years in the car business and I do quite well", Jeff seems to have forgotten the cardinal rules of customer serviceGo the extra mileTreat customers with respect Pretty easy rulesI'll be looking elsewhereI hope Jeff and the rest of the staff at Stop and Go figure it out

I actually have multiple issues with this companyOne is Customer Service issues with some of the sales men (craig and Josh)The other is I was sold a vehicle to with no horn, I took it into them on Feb, 16, at 1:pm, I was loaned a vehicle that was filthy mud and dirt all over and smelled horribly of cigarettes which I am highly allergic to and explained that to the manager and sales menI tried to ignore the fact that it smelled like cigarettes after they vacuumed it out but I couldn'tBrought it back the next day and was told by Josh who is a manager there that "They don't have to loan me a car, and they are only doing it to be nice." Not the type of response a customer wants to hear after being sold a vehicle that is missing a safety featureThen I was told it was going to be sent to Doge because their mechanic Mario didn't know what was going on with itI have contacted them multiple times to find out when my vehicle will be back and have been hung up on, transferred,

All you did a great job and I truly enjoy the experience hopefully if you guys come out to purchase car he'll be able to help you out as well

I bought a car from this car lot on 7/9/About a week or so after that, the check engine light would come on and offOther issues of the car was noticed like the car shaking, and hearing some knocking noisesWe contacted the company asking if we could bring back the car and they said the car was no longer their it is the banks car where we got the loan fromContacted the bank where we received the loan from and they said it's not true, they can't help us because they only gave us the loan and we have to talk it out with the dealershipThe car has only gotten worse, the check engine light is back on, the breaks went completely out twice on the freeway where we almost crashed cause of it and its smokingI can't tell if it's the breaks by itself but they seem okay but its a huge problem with the engine

This dealership mislead me into a very bad tradeThey procrastinated my discomfort by keeping me away from the dealership for the said days to return (lemon law)I didn't know much about the lemon law at the time but I do nowThis business took full advantage of me and my situation and has left me beyond backwards in a used vehicle that is showing its flawsThey wrongly documented information in my paperwork and falsely advertised the vehicle bought and the conditions of the dealThese people lied to me over and over again in my attempt to rewind the deal

This letter is in regards to a complaint #*** filed thru the Revdex.comThe customer *** *** &*** *** ** contacted our dealership regarding the check engine light & shaking. We gave the customer a loaner car so we could check out what was wrong with the vehicle. On 8/19/we
brought the vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville. They did an additional multipoint inspection and fixed intake manifold, gasket & sealSince then the check engine light is off. After we received the car back we took it to Sparks automotive where they replaced the rotors & brake pads.Since then the car no longer shakesWe addressed all the issues in a timely professional mannerThe customer is very happy

Dear Ms. [redacted]:
I am in receipt of the complaint filed with the Revdex.com by Ms. [redacted]. I have reviewed that complaint and the relevant deal jacket documents. I have also gone over the terms of the transaction with dealership personnel.
Ms. [redacted] purchased a used Mini Cooper from Stop...

and Go Auto. The vehicle was sold AS-IS and without warranty of any kind. Ms. [redacted] also purchased an AUL service contract. Some six months after the sale, Ms. [redacted] informed dealership personnel that she thought her clutch was slipping. It was determined that the clutch needed to be replaced. It was also suspected that the fly wheel and pressure plate may also need service/repair.
It should be noted that clutches are wear items. In other words, they do not last forever and need to he replaced when they reach the end of their useful life.
Ms. [redacted] was informed that Stop and Go Auto would contribute $500.00 to the clutch repair and that it could perform the job for $1,200.00 (either through its in-house mechanicor one of the local repair shops that they use). Ms. [redacted] rejected that offer and wanted the work to be done at [redacted]. That firm's bill would have been
$4,494.04.Stop and Go Auto stands ready to perform the work and will contribute $500.00 to the effort. If Ms. [redacted] wants to spend four times what it will cost Stop and Go Auto to fix the problem, she is welcome to do that. Seems like a grand waste of money but it is her vehicle. Stop and Go Auto  will, nevertheless, contribute $500.00 to the amount.
