Review: I have waited over three months for shipment of goods. Originally agreed to pre-order policy in September, which required payment up front. Products have been available elsewhere for sale since September; I had to purchase them again to meet a deadline. I have contacted the company (person) multiple times but have gotten no response other than an automated email. Regardless of this now being a "one person business", as stated as the excuse to the delay, three months is an unreasonable amount of time to not even contact a customer.Desired Settlement: I would like the total cost for my order refunded, since I no long have use for these (Christmas) products three months later.

Review: I have tried to contact this business about receiving my product or getting a refund several times and have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $25 dollars back since I didn't recieve any product

However, they did send out a general email stating they are still trying to send out pre-orders. My response was a general email sent to a number of people and not just directly to me. I will include the response as an attachment. As of 12/* according to the pre-orders that I made, I need to "be patient as there are hundreds or orders to fill." I did ask for a refund, but then a short time later, that general email was sent. I guess I just have to wait until my order is sent, which could be after the new year since it is now holiday mailing season.

Review: I placed 2 orders with this company in early April 2013. The items I ordered were for preorder and there estimate ship date was early may. I finally received most of my items in August 2013 . My orders were extremely late and missing items.. I have sent them many many emails and no response. There policy states that I'm entitled to a refund. I still have not received a refund or any contact from them about the missing items in my orders. They have not tried to make good on the sale at all. I have read a few blogs and reviews on this company and it seems that other people are having the same problems. Very slow shipping they tell you it will only be 1 month for your items to ship and 4 months go by and 5 emails you send to them and still nothing. I paid for those items I was supposed to receive and never did so I expect a refund for back ordered or missing items.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund for the missing items I ordered and never received.

We do apologize, but upon checking our inbox the last email received (7/*) was over 1 month before the last order was delivered (8/*). We have not had any request for update nor request for cancellation in the 3+ weeks since that order was delivered, and would certainly have done so if we had. We will be happy to cancel and refund the back-ordered items that the manufacturer was not able to provide to us.

Review: I have emailed this company at least 5 times with no response from them. They say on their website that they are closing down their business for now but they will send out all of the back orders by the first few weeks in December. They also owe me two items from two previous orders from 2012 and February 2013 that they have not sent or given me credit for despite my repeated reminders. At the present time they owe me somewhere around $67.50 in merchandise. I have an itemized list if you need it - I have sent it to them in the last week also.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the items I ordered and if they do not get some of them, I would like a credit on my credit card because I have already paid for all of these items on my credit card.

Review: I placed two orders with Stop and Scrap that I have not received. The first was placed on 8/**/13 and the second was 9/*/2013. The two orders together equal $98.95. From their updates, the orders were to be arriving in December. The timeline was then pushed back, but I've still received nothing. I contacted Stop and Scrap several weeks ago to inquire where my orders are and received no reply back, other than the automated reply that they had received my email. The status update on their website said that all the items that I ordered were in around 12/** and would be shipped out within the next few weeks. Nothing has changed on the website for updates as to where they are with these shipments.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $98.95 since it has been almost 5 months since I ordered my product.

Review: I ordered a few pre-order items from this company on October [redacted]. I was told that the items were expected to ship by the end of October. The first week of November, I emailed the customer service email and asked for an update. I never received a response. Two weeks later, I emailed again asking for a refund as their website says that if the order hasn't been processed or shipped, I can ask for a refund. I never received a response. I called and left a message a week later. Never received a response. I now had to rebuy the items at a local store as I needed them for Christmas presents. I just want my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded.

Review: On July **, 2013 I placed an order for $50.37 for 3 products from Stop and Scrap. It was a preorder, with an acknowledgement that I would receive my items when they arrived at their store. Stop and Scrap was advertising these items in stock in October. I began attempting to contact them for a ship date for my items and cannot get through via phone, and their email only generates an automated response. It has been 3 months now with no product, no refund and no contact from the company.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the 3 items I paid for or for them to be shipped immediately.

Review: I placed an order for scrapbook products in August of 2013 and have not received them as of January 2014. Stop and Scrap will not respond to my emails and they do not have a phone number listed on their website.Desired Settlement: Deliver the products that I have ordered and paid for.

Review: I placed a pre-order in July 2013 and the products were to be delivered within about 6 weeks. According to their website, which was last updated in November 2013, delivery was delayed because of employee issues within the company. That post said the deliveries would be made in 2-3 weeks but I haven't received any of the items I have ordered. I paid for the items by credit card when I placed the order. I have attempted to contact the company at least 5 times using the email listed on their website but all I get in response is an automated email.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have the items I ordered sent to me. If not, I want my money back.

Review: I placed an order with Stop and Scrap on August *, 2013 for 40 products that totaled $103.79. Stop and Scrap immediately charged the credit card provided for the total amount. I have not received any of the products and the company will no longer provide an individual response to e-mails.

I now have to consider my money stolen as the owners, [redacted] and [redacted], will not reply to e-mails, have provided no other way to contact their company and have now announced they are suspending their business.

They have stated in blast e-mails their intent to send all product owed to customers out by December [redacted]--however, all previous deadlines and promises made in blast e-mails have not been met.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded immediately and proof e-mailed to me immediately that this has been done. I no longer trust them to send product.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 10/**/13 and then added on to the order 11/**/13. The immediatly charged my card for the items. I was told from the website that my items would ship in 1-2 weeks. Almost a month and a half later I still have not received my items and the will not respond to the 22 e-mails that I have sent to them. My order numbers are #[redacted] and #[redacted] for a total of $58.72. I have seen numerous post across the internet about this companies failure to ship customer's orders. Had I known that before 10/**/13 I would never have place an order.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my items shipped to me but if they can not deliver that I would like my money refunded to my credit card with no restocking fee they have claimed that I would be charged since the order was placed over 30 days ago. I contacted them on day 22 to tell them that I wanted to cancel the order and they have never responded.

Review: I have three orders that I am still wiaitng on. The largest being for $147 placed on 7-**-13. I have emailed over 5 times, called 2 times, and have yet to get a response. These were pre-order item so I just recently became concerned after sent an email saying they were closing down, but all orders would be mailed. That was nearly 2 months ago and I am in the dark and out my money!Desired Settlement: Refund or items ordered! Phone call too.
