Tell us why here... we followed up to the customer with a response to his complaint. this is with the newer high performance products. lo-e coatings. the condensation that develops on the exterior is due to the difference in glass surface temperature.
glass surface is different than the air temperature, which then causes condensation to develops on the outside surface. similar to walking outside in the summer with a glass of ice water. my home windows do this during different times of the year. I even have pictures to prove it it's usually noticeable during the morning hours but soon disappears as the sun warms the air up. there's a good chance his other windows have standard clear glass as opposed to lo-e coated glass. any window manufacturer you contact would tell you about this issueI cant believe its workmanship that is the complaint rather than an issue that is out of our control. this is Wisconsin. rain, humidity, cold, hot, etc etc hope this helps. *** ***

Customer is more than welcome to come into the store with her receipt. If I see that there are any issues with the charges then I will refund her accordingly. I work at 777 W Ashlan in the mornings so she can meet me there if she would like to...
but she will need to have a copy of her receipt.

I went down there today to get my refund and she grabbed my receipt and tore it up. She started cussing at me and called me a liar. She did not give me a refund. I cannot go to the Ashlan location because I do not have a car.

I am the owner please have her call me at [redacted] or come to the Ashlan location if she is able to get a ride from a friend. I will try to explain the charges to her and resolve the issue.
