I would like to apologize for the delay in having this order claim resolvedWe had switched over to a new claims system in which some claims have been left behindI just went ahead and ordered you a brand new North Shore Media Chest [redacted] which should be delivered to the home delivery carrier this upcoming weekOnce they receive it they will be calling you to get you scheduled for a date and time of delivery

Customer purchased the [redacted] which is listed on our site here [redacted] The customer received exactly as what she ordered and in no way did tell her this was a different setThe customer actually checked out from our site on their own at Order # [redacted] | Nov **, 7:17:PM in which they accepted the terms and conditions and saw photos of exactly what they were gettingWhat the customer is confused about is that the Ashley stores offers versions of the headboard which is not allowed to be sold onlineWe only advertise one model of the [redacted] set which is pictured at the link above and that is exactly what the customer receivedWe advised the customer that we can send a technician out to their home to remedy the issue with the draws, however the customer kept on insisting that everything is picked up and a full refund is issued1Stopbedrooms did not do wrong by the customer in anywayPlease see our policy below, thank you ** [redacted] ***

The customer had a damaged dresser in which we originally ordered a replacement that unfortunately arrived from the manufacture damaged as wellThere is another order placed with the manufacture for a brand new dresser which is due to arrive in to our Phoenix AZ delivery carrier within the next 10-daysOnce they receive it they will be contacting the customer to get you scheduled for a date and time of deliveryPlease let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with
