I did finally receive confirmation from the same number that I called that they received my parking ticket and receipt in October and that this has been canceledThey were going to get back to me about the Red River Collections agency and providing resolutionI have provided the invoice number and receipt to Stop and ParkI'm waiting response

I understand Stop-N-Park writes tickets, but I never received one until I got that notice in the mail for a place that I never parked. Who is the collection company for this? I do not want to pay this as I never received a ticket or parked there and I do not want it to affect my credit.

I am enclosing a copy of the ticket that you received on December XX XXXX, at 8:03 pm in a Red Buick with plate number [redacted] The only time authorized cars park in this lot is for monthly parking in the day time with a parking permit or a paid parking receipt for a concert at the Fillmore and Ogden events. With no authorization to park in the parking lot which is why you received a parking ticket.

I refuse to pay this ticket as the company that issued this is a private company and not associated with the city/municipality. I never received a ticket on my vehicle and when I did get a notice in the mail, I had a late fee stating I had to pay even more on the ticket when I wasn't even issued one and I never saw one. I wasn't even parked there for a concert.
