Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Nobody was allowed into the space for days after the final coating was appliedI had to push my electrical work off for days just to make sure the coating had time to dryThe paint is actually coming off in certain spotsWhen I asked them to come by and see my concerns they don't even answer my calls.They claim that I have a warranty of year, but what good does that do me if they won't even return my calls Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** contracted our company to apply a thin mil epoxy coating at his new print shop locationWe stressed to him that the coating would not hide any imperfections in his substrateAfter the first day of work Mr*** began to complain that the coating was not going to hide the
imperfections so we gave him an additional coat of epoxy at our cost just to make him happyWe did offer him an upgraded floor system that would have hid all of the imperfections but it was not in his budgetWe have finish photos of the project and the job looked great when we leftThis was not a residential application and our coating surely exceeded any industrial standard for this type of installationI am providing links to our finished photos belowThank you ***

The photo they sent to you was a far away shot.The imperfections I am talking about is in the final buffing that was not done properly.Also there was a lot of dirt left on the floor before the last coat was applied.Here are the photos that I took of the job.These high spots are where the problems are happening the paint is actually coming off in those areas

The photo they sent to you was a far away shot.The imperfections I am talking about is in the final buffing that was not done properly.Also there was a lot of dirt left on the floor before the last coat was applied.Here are the photos that I took of the job.These high spots are where the problems are happening the paint is actually coming off in those areas

As I stated in our first response Mr. *** recieved more than he paid for from the startHe was a high maintenance client calling us many times throughout a day installation and we gave him extra coatings to try and make him happy but his expectations were unrealistic and I clearly told him prior to contracting the job that the floor would not be perfectly smoothAs you can see from the photos I sent in our initial response, the floor was in good condition when we left the siteIf anyone came in after us and let debris blow in or contaminate the coating we can not be held responsible

As I stated in our first response Mr. [redacted] recieved more than he paid for from the start. If anyone came in after us and let debris blow in or contaminate the coating we can not be held responsible
