may not be able to refund them for the optional items that they have that have never been installed on there new spa. Other than they haven't gotten there optional equipment installed on there spa I really don't know why they don't want there spa. The spa would and could work perfectly fine without the optional equipment.

The check has been mailed out. The head office had the wrong address on check and it had been returned to them.
