I received a phone call while in Dallas on a flight layoverI told the person who called me that I intended to discuss it with them when returning homeUnfortunately, I have been extremely busy and haven't made it over to their location to discuss as of yetI would accept the rate they mentioned over the phone, however they didn't mention the rate in their response hereThat leaves me in doubt as to whether or not it will still be honored

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The business response from Ms*** is so full of inaccuracies and flat out lies that I am tempted to not even dignify it with a response I have outlined at several steps along the way the detailed timeline of the events surrounding this unit and how the delay is their fault, not mine so I will not do so again in detail, but only in part to demonstrate the inaccuracies in their response. They have obviously not reviewed this issue with any attention to detail and so I am left with little recourse but to move on and allow a court of law to deal with their incompetency First, I did not call the police on them "several times.” I called the police one time when I was on-site on 8/and had all documents necessary to enter the unit but was denied access. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by on-site staff that I could not speak to a manager. I told them I needed access to the unit because I had done everything required of me and again they denied me and so I told them I would have to call the police. It wasn’t until the police showed up that the on-site staff called Ms*** for me Second, Ms***’s response mentions the Declaration Pursuant to Probate Code Section form but what she fails to mention is that the business did not give me the document until days after I notified them of my father’s death and didn’t even mention the form when I notified them of his death on 7/3, simply telling me I needed a Death Certificate Third, Ms*** says it “took another month for him to comply with what we needed” which is false. I was finally given the form on 8/and returned with it notarized on 8/12. That is days, not a month. The next delay was actually on their part as the attorney took days to call me in regards to the form despite Ms***’s assurance to me on the phone on 8/that he would contact me on Monday 8/14. That is days total delay that they are responsible for and they charged me for Lastly, she mentions that I left them “a bunch of junk” again failing to mention the contents of the unit that were left were done so with the clearance and in-person approval of the manager Mr***. I offered to pay any cleaning fees relating to the contents and Mr*** said there would be none because the amount of stuff was so minimal Ms***, if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself bending the truth to fit your untrue side of the story. You call me a bully but you yourself are using bullying tactics by having your lawyer contact me and treat me rudely numerous times throughout this process and ignoring facts. I will not be intimidated by you and I will continue to ensure other potential customers are saved from the incompetence you and your business have demonstrated through any and every means necessary

Pursuant to California Probate Code Section 13101) and we notified him that these documents would be submitted to our attorney for approval. We did not get much cooperation from Mr. [redacted] as he was reluctant to help us help him and his bullying tactics did not help and the several times he called the police on us. It took another month for him to comply with what we needed, therefore adding another months rent to the account. When he was able to access the unit, he left us a bunch of junk we had to dispose of. No compensation will be given with this complaint. Respectfully, [redacted]Area Manager
