ideal for his needsThe contract was then signed and filled outFabian returned the same day and told *** which was the employee that day stating that there was a vehicle in the spot? *** checked the system to find out the space was being rented but the vehicle/customer was not present the day of rental*** made the changes in the system and offered Mr *** a new spot which he agreed to*** therefore called him back and gave him his new parking spot number he did not answer so she left a messageYazrnin *** called in on the march 29, days after a legal contract was signed by Mr*** demanding a refund 'or what was paid for the unit*** *** was told the day of signing and initials were filled our stating that all sales are finalShe was told that Mr*** had signed a legal contract and since days had passed with no issues she could not be refunded Since all sales were final and the contract was already days into cycleShe was offered the prorated amount back which she deniedMrs*** therefore was angry over the phone and said she would take this matter into her own handsShe had therefore sent this complaint over to the Revdex.com demanding a refundSince then MrsLucero has made phone calls with management she was told that she was not entitled to any refund according to the contract which Mr*** signedShe also stated that she had found another space at her mother in law's home and this is wk they don't need The space anymoreShe continued to call cussing out employees stating she will get her money's back while screaming out obscure words, The last phone call To the manager *** *** was as stated " ha ha ha In getting my money back you bh"I apologize for the wording and hope this will resolve any issues concerning the matter

I am rejecting this response because:
The allegations made by the business are incorrect. #1) I was present the day my husband signed the contract. 2#) we both were shown the spaces and the space given to us was confirmed open  and available. #3) the contract does not state any policy declining refunds, my suggestion to the business owner is review your own contract so you may become familiar with its legality #4) we were never given a new space number after their employee called to cancel the original contract, and we have the voicemail to prove it. #5) I have proof to support my accusations, rendering theirs a lie: the voicemail, the contract where my husband did NOT initial certain areas therefore will allow us to receive a FULL refund. 6) WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE US WITH WHAT WE ORIGINALLY AGREED ON. We should not have to pay for services we did NOT receive. #7) the ones cursing and acting unprofessional are the business employees. I am more than happy to follow through to a small claims court if necessary. [redacted] My name is [redacted], I asked my wife to take care of this issue for me since I work long hours and am unable to seek a refund for the lack of services rendered. I have CC'd myself to this email if you shall have any further questions. I hope the business does the right thing we are looking into small claims for this unfair treatment and fraudulent charge. Thank you for your time.
