I am rejecting this response because:
The allegations made by the business are incorrect. #1) I was present the day my husband signed the contract. 2#) we both were shown the spaces and the space given to us was confirmed open and available. #3) the contract does not state any policy declining refunds, my suggestion to the business owner is review your own contract so you may become familiar with its legality #4) we were never given a new space number after their employee called to cancel the original contract, and we have the voicemail to prove it. #5) I have proof to support my accusations, rendering theirs a lie: the voicemail, the contract where my husband did NOT initial certain areas therefore will allow us to receive a FULL refund. 6) WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE US WITH WHAT WE ORIGINALLY AGREED ON. We should not have to pay for services we did NOT receive. #7) the ones cursing and acting unprofessional are the business employees. I am more than happy to follow through to a small claims court if necessary.
